Part III Composition/Composition Information
Purest quality          Mixture √
Hazardous ingredients Content Chemical Abstract Index Registration (CAS) Number
Polydimethylsiloxane 80-95%
Calcium 5-10%
Silicone oil 1-5%

Part IV First Aid Measures
If you have any questions or symptoms that persist, please seek medical assistance.
Skin contact: Rinse skin with plenty of water
Eye contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Immediately transfer the patient to fresh air. If breathing stops, perform artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen and seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Give 2 glasses of water immediately. If the injured person loses consciousness, do not eat anything orally. Get medical attention.
Note to doctors: Active carbon mixtures can help. Suspend 50 g of activated carbon in 400 mL of water and mix well. 5 mg/kg orally or 350 ml per adult.

Part V Fire Protection Measures
Hazard characteristics: Vapor and air can form an explosive mixture.
Hazardous combustion products: carbon monoxide.
Extinguishing method: use fog water, foam, dry powder and CO2 to extinguish the fire.
Fire precautions: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full body protective clothing. Evacuate personnel to the upwind direction of the fire site. Spray water to cool the tank (or container).

Part VI Leakage Emergency Treatment
Emergency Action: Remove heat sources, sparks, and open flames to prevent collisions, friction, or static electricity. Build a dike to contain the leakage. Prevent leakage from flowing into sewers, drains, or low recessed areas. Absorb with sawdust, sand, dry oil, or other absorbent materials. When cleaning, use appropriate personal protective equipment. Before cleaning, refer to the fire protection measures and operation disposal section.

Part VII Handling and Storage
Precautions for handling: Avoid inhaling vapor (or mist). Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Wash thoroughly after disposal. Clean contaminated work clothes before reuse.
Storage precautions: Avoid mixing with strong oxidants, acids, or alkali metals. Store in a well ventilated place. Keep the container sealed.

Part VIII Exposure Control/Personal Protection
Maximum allowable concentration:
Short term exposure limit: Not established.
Gate threshold: Not established.
AEL * (DuPont):1.5ppm,10mg/m3,8 hours, time average*
The AEL value is an acceptable exposure limit established by DuPont. When the occupational exposure limit set by the government is lower than the implemented AEL value, the occupational exposure limit set by the government has priority.
Monitoring method:
Engineering control: Provide adequate ventilation to keep staff exposure concentrations below recommended limits.
Respiratory system protection: When the concentration in the air exceeds the exposure limit, wear a NIOSH approved purified air respirator with an organic vapor canister. The protection provided by purified air respirators is limited. If there are situations where the leakage cannot be controlled, the exposure concentration is unknown, or the purified air respirator cannot provide sufficient protection, a positive pressure air supply respirator should be used.
Eye protection: Wear safety goggles. Wear full-face chemical resistant glasses when contact with eyes or face may occur due to material splashing or spraying.
Body protection: Wear impermeable clothing.
Hand protection: Wear butyl rubber gloves.
Other protection: Wear aprons, boots, or full body protective clothing

Part X Stability and Reactivity
Stability: Stable
Prohibited substances: strong oxidants, acids, alkali metals
Conditions to avoid contact: heating
Polymerization hazard: does not occur
Decomposition product: carbon monoxide

Part XI Toxicological Information
Acute toxicity:
Inhalation in rats(4h)LC50:>11mg/L
Inhalation in rats(1h)LC50:>10.7mg/L
Percutaneous absorption in rabbits LD50:>2,250mg/kg
Rat oral LD50:8,191mg/kg

Subacute and chronic toxicity: Repeated inhalation toxicity in animals includes reduced weight gain, decreased absolute and relative weight of the liver, and degeneration of the epithelium of the olfactory organ (tissue of the nose). The toxicity of repeated ingestion in animals includes weight loss, but no pathological changes were found.
Irritation: This mixture is a mild skin irritant and a moderate eye irritant.
Sensitization: Not an animal skin sensitizing substance.
Mutagenicity: Animal experiments or bacterial culture tests do not cause genetic damage, but positive in a mammalian cell culture experiment.
Teratogenicity: Animal experiments have shown that this substance does not cause developmental and reproductive toxicity.
Carcinogenicity: Components in this substance with a concentration equal to or higher than 0.1% are not listed as carcinogens by IARC, NTP, OSHA, or ACGIH.
Other: The experiment of exposure to 60 ppm for 4 hours at a time found that the animal's cornea was turbid and the distance from the cornea to the anterior surface of the lens temporarily increased. An experiment in which 10 uL of this substance was dropped into the eyes of animals after a single exposure showed that this substance caused corneal opacity. Administration of 10-100 uL of a similar mixture causes corneal opacity, temporary thickening, and temporary paralysis of the cornea. An animal experiment with skin exposure of about 60 mg/kg found a temporary increase in the distance from the cornea to the anterior surface of the lens.

Part XII Ecological Information
Ecotoxicity:
Aquatic toxicity
Cyprinidae small fish 96h LC50: 18-24mg/L, moderate toxicity.
Daphnia 48h LC50: 112-150mg/L
Non Biodegradability:
Bioenrichment or bioaccumulation:
Other harmful effects:

Part XIII Waste Disposal
Nature of Waste: Hazardous waste
Waste disposal method: Waste disposal must comply with the requirements of corresponding provincial/autonomous regional and local regulations. Recycled liquid for reuse or regeneration. Dispose of waste in a licensed incineration plant or biological treatment system.
Disposal precautions: Do not flush water or solid substances into surface water or sanitary water systems.
