Premium Black Hot Stamping Thermal Transfer Barcode Printing Foil Ribbon (dB905)
It is suitable for packaging and coding of PET, milk bags, aluminum foil, UV labels and various composite films in food, medicine and other industries.

Ribbon material: Base material: polyester film

Base film thickness: 12μm

Total thickness: 17-19μm

Ink color: black

Printing characteristics: Under the premise of selecting a suitable printer, the coding parameters should be adjusted within the following ranges, and the conditions that are most suitable for the corresponding printer and transfer material should be selected:

Temperature range: 120ºC-160ºC (recommended 130ºC)

Subject to the actual temperature of the prefix measured by the thermometer

Pressure range: 0.3~0.5MPa (recommended 0.4 MPa)

Coding speed: 30-300 times/min (the best transfer speed is 50-200 times/min)

Printing characteristics: Excellent adhesion, black and bright imprints, no scratching or rubbing of nails

Is easy to drop the characters, the imprinting is resistant to oil immersion (the imprinting should be wiped 15 times with a sanitary napkin dipped in edible oil under a pressure of not more than 1 kg),

Blots are resistant to freezing (Blots are placed at -18°C for 30 days, and the fingerprints cannot be scratched off by nails).

Applicable materials: Suitable for PET, PP, PE and other films, milk bags, aluminum foil, UV labels and various composite films and other materials.
