Printing characteristics: Under the premise of selecting a suitable printer, the coding parameters should be adjusted within the following ranges, and the conditions that are most suitable for the corresponding printer and transfer material should be selected:

Temperature range: 140ºC-180ºC (recommended 150ºC-160ºC)

Subject to the actual temperature of the prefix measured by the thermometer

Pressure range: 0.3~0.5MPa (recommended 0.4 MPa)

Coding speed: 30-600 times/min (the best transfer speed is 50-200 times/min)

Printing effect: The printed handwriting is slender and round, and has good abrasion resistance (the printed handwriting can be sterilized by 80-100ºC purified water for less than 30 minutes, and the handwriting can not be wiped off after cooling and drying).
